Supervisor/Manager/Senior Manager role in a Property/Construction specialised firm Newpoint Advisory (NA) provides financial analysis, restructuring & turnaround and formal insolvency services to the property and construction industries. Tasks and Responsibilities:Key management role in formal receivership and AMIP appointments (including management of staff)Workflow will generally include: - Analysis of historical financials, structure and management of business. - Financial modelling, forensic analysis and investigations. - Feasibility and asset reviews for purposes of sale. - Statutory compliance. - Financial capability for property developments. - Present findings and engage with clients.Work directly under the firm's sole Melbourne director.Marketing: interpersonal skills and an eye for opportunities (can be grown) Qualifications and Experience Required:4 years of professional insolvency experience (less where additional accounting or financial management experience can be proven). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.Completed, or nearing completion of CA/CPA qualifications.Proficient written and verbal communications skills.Efficient with an ability to take ownership of matters and coordinate multiple work streams Property and construction industry experience would be a bonus. However, comfort to work exclusively in this sector non-negotiable.
