We are a dynamic and client-focused law firm specialising in Australian migration law, with an expanding practice that supports clients across complex visa, review, and appeal matters. About the Role We are seeking Junior Lawyers and Immigration Lawyers to join our team. You will work closely with experienced migration law practitioners, receiving full supervision, structured training, and mentorship to help you develop into a confident and skilled lawyer in this field. Experience in migration law is preferred but not mandatory – we welcome applications from lawyers eager to specialise in this area. Comprehensive guidance will be provided to help you quickly build your expertise. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on visa pathways, application requirements, and compliance obligations (with supervision) Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications and supporting submissions Represent clients in review and appeal matters before the ART under supervision Draft legal documents, client correspondence, and evidence summaries Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism Skills & Attributes A law degree (LLB or JD) and eligibility/admission as an Australian Legal Practitioner (or close to admission) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team A genuine interest in migration law and supporting clients from diverse backgrounds Why Join Us?
