5 years of IT experience working with Identity & Access Management solutions Good understanding & exposure to Identity as well as Access Management toolsets (Work experience around leading IGA toolset such as SailPoint is preferred) Understanding of Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, Privileged Access Management(PAM) processes & Integrations within the enterprise landscape Good understanding and experience working with Identity Lifecycle Management processes covering, HR (Joiner, Mover & Leaver) processes Understanding of Identity provisioning flows across systems User Identity & Access management across system landscape Experience working on a large IAM engagement 3 years of experience working as IDAM solution Business Analyst Excellent verbal and written communication as well as documentation skills Ability to work with business as well as technical stakeholders Strong analytical, problem solving, and consultative skill Experience working in a multi-vendor environment handling multiple stakeholders BFSI sector knowledge
