ICU Nurse | Full-Time | Adelaide About the Opportunity Are you a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for high-acuity, life-saving care? This is your opportunity to join a leading Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and become a core part of a specialised team that provides care for critically ill patients, post-operative high-dependency cases, and complex medical conditions. You’ll play an integral role in a multi-disciplinary team committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred care , while also mentoring and supporting junior staff. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering expert clinical care in a high-acuity ICU setting Supporting, guiding, and mentoring Registered, Enrolled, Graduate, and Student Nurses Managing portfolios aligned with the 8 National Safety & Quality Health Standards Contributing to staff education and performance development Acting in charge and stepping into Clinical Manager duties as needed Documenting and reporting patient care in line with quality standards Promoting a positive, collaborative, and culturally safe team environment What You Bring: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 4 years’ experience in an Intensive/Critical Care Unit Postgraduate qualification in Intensive or Critical Care Nursing Strong clinical leadership and mentoring abilities Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Resilience under pressure and excellent clinical judgment A collaborative, respectful, and compassionate approach to care Full eligibility to work in Australia What’s In It for You?
