You will be required to attend to and rectify faults in a timely manner, which will ensure minimal loss of supply and disruption to the customer. YOU'LL NEED THESE TO SUCCEED Your natural inclination to perform work to a high standard, and willingness to work cohesively with your peers will be complemented by the following: A committed attitude to safety; safety is at the heart of our business and an essential core value Experience with HV / MV distribution cables The ability to carry out electrical testing such as Insulation Resistance, VLF testing etc on Cables The ability to self-manage projects Ability to work alone in working an industrial/mining services workshop Exposure to HV electrical equipment and systems for mining and utilities Ability to work underground if required Ability to travel away for work all over NSW as part of a maintenance team EDUCATION Electrical trade qualifications with a Qualified Supervisors License (preferred) Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Cable Jointing (preferred) Understanding of electrical schematic and wiring diagrams Think you know Ampcontrol?
