Description The Opportunity We are actively seeking a new HSR Supervisor to join our Energy and Utilities business. This role will be a field and office-based capacity, provide works coordination and administrative support to Hard Surface Reinstatement (HSR) Contracts (Victorian Water Industry) along with support to other HSR works as require. What we are looking for 5 years Project management and works coordination. Water industry maintenance and minor works knowledge preferred Maintain high quality systems and client satisfaction. Provide support to plan, prioritise, schedule and deliver maintenance activities / project works to the highest quality. Customer case management and KPI reporting. Undertake audit of works for compliance with quality, contract and commercial performance standards leadership to crews consistent with enhancing Human Operational Performance outcomes whereby a learning mindset approach is embraced.
