Our client is on the lookout for a curious and collaborative HR Systems Analyst to join a passionate team driving a major HRIS transformation. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with a high chance of extension. You'll play a key role in rolling out SAP SuccessFactors, helping shape how the business uses technology to support its people. What You'll Be Doing Be the go-to person for all things SAP SuccessFactors. Configuring, testing, and supporting the system. Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly. Help translate business needs into smart system solutions. Support testing, data validation, and user training. Troubleshoot issues and help users feel confident with the new system. What We're Looking For Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Requirement) Great stakeholder management skills A creative mindset-you enjoy thinking outside the box and finding better ways to do things.
