The Role Our State Government client is seeking an experienced HR Change Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will support the HR Change Specialist through a significant transformation program, coordinating consultation activities, preparing stakeholder materials, and ensuring accurate and timely communication. Responsibilities Support the HR Change Specialist in finalising the detailed Consultation Plan Coordinate inputs from the Service Model Project Team and develop consultation packs, briefing materials, guides, scripts, and FAQs Maintain version control of all published materials and liaise with Change & Communications teams Assist with updates to position descriptions, SOPs, work instructions, and role statements About You Experience in HR/IR transformation processes and consultation activities Familiarity with clause 11 consultation processes within government Proven background in change and communication roles Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio Apply Now To be considered for this role, please apply today or contact Ahmad Jahfar at talentinternational.com for a confidential discussion.
