Your Day-to-Day Keeping communication clear, confident, and calm, even when things get a little spicy Applying your deep knowledge of the Australian Standards like a pro Building solid relationships with workers, stakeholders, and everyone in between Getting stuck into incident investigations and reporting – because prevention > cure What We’re Looking For (non-negotiables): Minimum Cert IV in WHS/OH&S 3 years of experience in a dedicated HSE role (Class 2 space) Commercial high-rise/high-density project experience – not your first rodeo Head contractor background – you’ve been in the thick of it Up-to-date knowledge of OH&S legislation and how to actually apply it on site Sound like your vibe?
