Responsibilities Lead the full product development lifecycle for suspension and vehicle dynamics – overseeing the team to drive projects from concept through to validation and release. Guide a high-performing team of engineers through design, simulation, testing, and validation. Oversee product performance across kinematics, durability, safety, and off-road capability. Lead project planning across cross-functional teams, managing resources, timelines, and outcomes. Champion continuous improvement, modern engineering tools, and innovative thinking. Contribute to strategic decision-making across R&D and product development. Qualifications Proven experience in suspension development or vehicle dynamics. Experience leading and developing specialist teams of engineers. Technical depth in off-road vehicle behaviour, suspension design, kinematics. Strong skills in CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g. Adams, Simpack). A deep understanding of relevant standards (ADR, ISO, SAE). Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. A genuine interest in 4WDs, performance vehicles, or off-road applications.
