What You’ll Be Working On: Driving a split of 70% team performance and 30% personal conversion—leading from the front by example, not just reporting. Coaching and guiding a capable sales team on achieving consistent results based on clear indicators, not arbitrary KPIs. Collaborating closely with product, venture, and marketing teams to move deals through the pipeline efficiently. Refining team processes and reporting rhythms to ensure sustainable, scalable performance. Building strong referral relationships across wealth advisers, investors, and distribution channels. The Right Fit: You’ve got 2 years of sales leadership experience in high-touch financial services, capital raising, fintech, or wealth distribution. 8 years of consistently exceeding targets both individual and as a leader in Investment/VC/crowdfunding/alternative finance models Worked with HNW or wholesale clients and understand private market investment dynamics. Comfortable toggling between strategy and execution, with solid grasp of CRM (Salesforce), reporting, and driving structured sales motion. You lead with integrity, can read a room, and are motivated by culture, purpose and outcomes—not just commissions. This is a rare opportunity to take something good and make it great.
