As the Head of Retail, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the national retail business across Australia. This is a full-time, office-based position located at our head office in Melbourne CBD fringe. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving profitability, and enhancing the customer experience. What you'll be doing Setting the strategic vision and operational plans for the retail business Managing a team of store managers and coordinators to deliver outstanding customer service Overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including inventory management, sales and marketing, human resources, and financial performance Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability Representing the retail business to internal and external stakeholders Building a positive, collaborative team culture to drive employee engagement and retention Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making What we're looking for MUST have 8 years of experience in a senior retail management or general management role Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing retail teams Excellent operational, financial, and people management skills Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Degree in business, commerce, or a related field Please give Jenny a call on 0459 966 182 for a confidential chat about the role.
