By uniting capabilities across strategic consulting, brand partnerships, content innovation, and cultural marketing, we drive meaningful engagement across sport and entertainment As the Head of Media Partnerships, you will play a key role in building a newly created division, developing innovative partnership strategies, and delivering high-impact solutions for clients. You will influence the development of strong client relationships and oversee the project management of media partnerships, driving revenue growth through culturally relevant campaigns while ensuring operational and communication efficiencies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging the full scale of resources across Publicis Groupe to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. As the role evolves, you will help build and head a growing partnerships team, upskilling agencies across the group in partnership-driven ways of working. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape and scale impactful media partnerships, developing a new offering from the ground up. Your scope will include: ● Spearhead the development and growth of the partnerships team, cultivating a collaborative environment that drives innovation and enables the team to deliver culturally relevant, high-impact solutions for clients. ● Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative culture within the partnerships team, driving continuous development and ensuring the team works cohesively with wider Publicis Groupe roles to achieve common goals. ● Build and implement an education program for Publicis Groupe to upskill teams in partnership-based ways of working, ensuring integration of resources across the group and driving growth and scale of partnerships. ● Maintain strong, lasting client relationships, collaborating with the Creative Director to create innovative partnership solutions. ● Set and achieve revenue and profitability targets for the partnerships division, contributing to overall business growth by identifying new opportunities. ● Stay informed on market trends and emerging opportunities, ensuring the team is agile and equipped to create innovative partnerships that drive long-term value and maintain a competitive edge. ● Leverages content production expertise to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, balancing the needs of clients and partners to arrive at solutions that work for all stakeholders. ● Oversee the efficient management of client projects, using streamlined processes, project tracking tools, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs. What type of person will be successful in this role: ● Established experience in client servicing, project management and a proven track record of influence in content and creative partnerships. ● Preferably, previous experience at a creative agency and or media agency, publisher/vendor with a focus on driving creative projects and partnership strategies. ● Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. ● Demonstrated ability in overseeing creative projects, overseeing timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution from ideation to final delivery. ● Highly organised with proven expertise in project managing creative production of all media formats (TV, print, digital, social, radio, experiential, etc.), having worked with partners to ensure seamless execution from pre-production through to post-production ● Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients, stakeholders, and teams. ● Strong commercial acumen and experience in financial management, with the ability to manage revenue, forecasts, and budget allocation to ensure the successful growth of partnerships. ● Data-driven mindset with a good knowledge of analytics, insights, and reporting, and the aptitude to work with teams and partners to deliver actionable reporting that drives performance and growth. ● Proven people leadership and development skills, with the aptitude to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. ● Strong knowledge of market trends and emerging opportunities, with the aptitude to apply those insights to develop innovative and impactful partnership strategies.
