Overview We’re seeking a bold, commercially minded and brand-led marketing leader to take the reins of a dynamic regional role with a global consumer business. As Head of Marketing for Australia and New Zealand, you will shape and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy to build brand equity and communities, activating the brand experience across every touchpoint from digital to frontline retail. Your work will be instrumental in attracting new customers, deepening loyalty, and driving long-term growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a rare opportunity to lead a globally backed brand at a pivotal stage of its exciting growth journey. An integral member of the ANZ leadership team, you’ll also work in close partnership with the global marketing office to ensure your market strategy is both locally attuned and globally aligned. Leading a small, focused, high performing team across brand, product, retail and customer experience, you will be responsible for owned, earned, and paid channels. You’ll balance strategic storytelling and creativity with performance and ROI, bringing energy, innovation and consistency to everything from campaign development to customer experience and engagement. We’re seeking a bold, astute marketing leader who can pair big-picture strategic vision with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment, bringing innovation and energy, able to win the hearts and minds - steering local market execution while influencing global direction. You will be confident, contemporary and culturally attuned, a dynamic thinker who brings both credibility and curiosity. Your leadership style will be grounded in collaboration, integrity, and emotional intelligence. You arrive as a proven and revered consumer driven marketer, having held demonstrable senior leadership or executive roles within a corporate or agency environment, working with some of the country’s (or globe’s) most well-known brands.
