Your Background You are a senior corporate finance or investment banking professional with a demonstrated record of delivering outstanding ECM and capital markets outcomes. You will thrive here if you: Hold RG146 accreditation and bring 10 years’ experience in investment banking or a closely related corporate finance environment. Have deep, established relationships with key players across equity capital markets, including major investment banks, institutional investors, and corporate advisory groups. Possess strong expertise in leading IPOs, secondary offerings, capital raisings, and M&A transactions. Are a strategic, results-driven leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior executives and board-level clients. Have a proven ability to lead and inspire teams while driving operational excellence and commercial growth.
