Add expected salary to your profile for insights At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Commercial Finance to lead our Commercial Team . This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering meaningful insights, driving performance, and supporting executive decision making across the business. About the role Lead and develop a high-performing commercial finance team Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning process across all business units Deliver insightful and actionable financial analysis to support growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency Partner with senior leadership and department heads to influence commercial decision-making Build robust models for pricing, profitability, and scenario planning Oversee board reporting, monthly performance packs, and executive dashboards Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and enhance financial visibility Ensure strong financial governance and risk management across commercial operations About you CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial finance, ideally manager role Proven experience within a retail or FMCG environment - Beneficial Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI and/or ERP system experience highly regarded A natural leader who enjoys collaboration, leadership and driving change About us With more than 290 stores and 2500 employees nationally and a brand-new state-of-the-art distribution centre, we are Australia's leading retailer and wholesaler of fashion and comfort footwear, owning and operating some of Australia's most iconic brands including Bobux, The Trybe, Midas, Mollini, Cinori, Mathers, Williams, diana ferrari, and Australia's largest online footwear retailer, Styletread!
