We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead the team at the iconic Midden by Mark Olive located on Sydney Harbour. As Head Chef, you will take full leadership of the kitchen, working hands-on with your team to deliver a unique culinary experience. You will be responsible for: Leading and mentoring a passionate brigade, including apprentices Rostering, performance management and staff development Managing food and labour costs Contributing to menu innovation and seasonal planning Collaborating closely with our Group Executive Chef Upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation What’s in it for you?
