The Role: You will be collaborating with the Front Office team to create outstanding and unique guest experiences. The Front Office department carries a responsibility to ensure a memorable first and last impression of the Hotel of the highest quality. The Opportunity: Acting as a Guest Experience Ambassador, you are to ensure the guests needs and requests are met, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction from check in to check out and everywhere in between. Work efficiently to ensure all departments are maintaining and delivering a seamless yet professional guest experience in conjunction with the Front Desk and Guest Services teams Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts What you will be doing: Positively respond to all calls (both internal and external) and assist with guest enquiries, directing to the appropriate department Assist with reservation enquiries via phone and email Provide a high level of personalised service to clients and guests Develop and maintain a strong hotel product knowledge Operate switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally Perform a variety of administrative duties Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure guest requests are completed efficiently What we are looking for: Previous Call Centre, Reservations or Reception experience Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner An enthusiastic approach and positive guest-centric attitude Attention to detail Superior customer service skills Opera, PABX systems experience is desired Available to work on a seven-day rotating roster To Apply If you are truly passionate about delivering the highest standards and want to be part of a diverse team who deliver exceptional hospitality, then please enquire today.
