A role with unique responsibilities ​ The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating the design for digital and print media. This will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to translate creative concepts into cohesive, engaging visual designs across various channels. ​ To be successful in this role, you will need a professional graphic design background with a strong portfolio including both digital and print materials. Responsibilities include: Developing graphics for websites, social media, and print materials for both B2B and B2C audiences Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate creative concepts into cohesive visual designs across various channels Manage multiple design projects including managing the flow of design briefs, brainstorming ideas for campaigns and tracking project milestones Keep up to date with industry trends, tools and design techniques Design long-form content such as annual reports, brochures, white papers, with strong attention to layout, hierarchy and accessibility Traffic manage incoming design requests - assessing scope, clarifying briefs, setting realistic timelines, and keeping stakeholders informed Work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and problem-solving across all stages of the creative process Are you the ideal candidate for us? ​ If you are feeling energised and excited about the idea of making a real difference and helping people achieve their families, we would love to hear from you. Ideally, we would love you to also bring: 3 years’ experience in a professional graphic design role preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment Strong portfolio ranging between digital and print design materials Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Powerpoint Knowledge of HTML/CSS (advantageous) Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisation skills Why work with us?
