Job Title: Global Ecommerce & Marketing ManagerLocation: Surry Hills, SydneyEmployment Type: Full Time About UsMOS the Label is a sophisticated and contemporary fashion brand proudly born and based in Sydney. We're currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our online presence. The RoleIn this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily operations, performance, and ongoing optimisation of our Shopify website. Reporting directly to the Brand Owner, you’ll collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing and Creative teams to drive sales, execute successful product launches, and create compelling content that delivers seamless, high-converting digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Trading - Drive the daily and long-term performance of our global ecommerce channels—owning key KPIs such as revenue, conversion, and average transaction value. Lead with data-first decision making, executing a well-defined trade marketing calendar and ensuring commercial targets are met with precision. Reporting – Own all ecommerce reporting and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations. Monitor and manage channel budgets and drive a culture of performance-led optimisation. Customer Experience & UX Optimisation - Champion a seamless and inspiring digital customer journey. Use behavioural insights and data to identify friction points, implement A/B tests, and deliver continuous improvements that drive engagement, satisfaction, and conversion. Implement regular site theme updates, conducting thorough testing to ensure all functionality and integrations operates correctly and seamlessly. Ecommerce Marketing & Strategy – Forward plan the retail & promotional marketing calendar, briefing EDMs, copy, homepages updates, and digital marketing assets. Lead the creative, social, and digital marketing teams to execute BAU activities efficiently, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with the overarching marketing strategy. CRM Management – Take ownership of Klaviyo, managing the scheduling of EDM and SMS campaigns, optimising automated flows and logic, and leveraging segmentation to effectively target specific customer groups. Regularly analyse the database to drive lead generation while maintaining list health by suppressing unengaged profiles for improved performance and efficiency. Photoshoot Support – Collaborate with the Brand Owner and external creative agency to coordinate Ecommerce, Ghost, and Campaign photoshoots — including developing shoot lists, selecting models, liaising with the production team, and attending shoot days to assist with behind-the-scenes content. Channel Partnership & Management – Oversee online partner channels such as The Iconic, The DOM, and David Jones, holding regular meetings and tailoring marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth. Enrich product listings across all channels for new collections by curating imagery and writing accurate, brand-aligned descriptions, ensuring timely preparation for launch. Stock Management – Track inventory levels and develop targeted marketing and promotional strategies to drive sell-through of high-unit styles while maintaining healthy margins. Place stock orders for upcoming collections in alignment with forecasted budgets. Industry Progression – Stay informed on industry trends, emerging innovations, and potential new sales channels. Present well-researched business cases to management for strategic consideration and implementation. Qualifications· 3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital trade management, ideally within premium retail.· You've proven success in driving revenue and site performance in a DTC environment, with hands-on experience in Shopify, Klaviyo and analytical tools.· You are a strong planner and project manager.· Proactive in exceeding expectations and efficient in resource management.· Collaborative and effective in gaining stakeholder buy-in.· Possesses a thorough understanding of project management principles.· Communicates with finesse and understands human dynamics.· Exercises sound decision-making by analysing information and involving stakeholders. Desirable Attributes – but not essential· Deployment testing experience· HTML proficiency· Technical, analytical and commercial mindset.
