About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Practice Nurse to join our team. The role will involve working closely with our doctors and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive nursing care, including: Chronic disease management (Care Plans, Health Assessments) Immunisations and vaccinations Wound care and dressings ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures Assisting with minor surgical procedures Infection control and cold chain management Patient education and health promotion What We’re Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (with no restrictions) Previous experience in a general practice or primary care setting (desirable) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care Benefits Supportive and friendly work environment Flexible hours to suit work–life balance Opportunities for professional development and training Modern facilities with up-to-date equipment
