You’ll guide the home with compassion, integrity, and strategic direction ensuring safe, high-quality, and values-aligned care for residents. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Leading multidisciplinary teams with compassion and clarity Ensuring full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation Driving occupancy, budget performance, and care excellence Fostering an open, accountable, and collaborative team culture Strengthening relationships with families and the broader community About You We are looking for people-first leaders who are not only clinically capable but also emotionally intelligent , grounded, and committed to continuous improvement.
