This is a pivotal, client-facing and commercial role, responsible for driving growth, shaping Salesforce capability across all industries, and leading high-performing teams to success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will: Drive growth & market share: Define and deliver strategies that expand Salesforce capability across industries and locations. Lead & inspire teams: Mentor Account Directors, Business Development Executives, and specialist Salesforce teams to achieve sales and delivery excellence. Develop winning strategies: Oversee market positioning, sales strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plans. Strengthen partnerships: Build and optimise relationships with technology partners and industry leaders. Champion client success: Ensure quality delivery, represent NRI at industry events, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Shape culture & engagement: Drive initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent across Enterprise Solutions. Deliver results: Take accountability for budgets, P&L, project margins, and growth targets. Qualifications 15 years in presales, capability, or solution development A proven track record of building and leading multi-skilled, high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills Deep expertise in Salesforce and Enterprise Solutions Excellent client management, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong networks, industry insights, and partner management capability Relevant qualifications and certifications Why Join NRI?
