If so, we invite you to join our team as a Horticulturist. This full-time position offers 38 hours per week at a prestigious school site. As a Horticulturist, you will have the opportunity to assist with leading a skilled team, ensuring our client's standards of garden maintenance are always exceeded. Responsibilities Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff and the ability to work autonomously to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising. You will be responsible for maintaining various areas across the school, ensuring exceptional care and service to gardens from Junior to Senior levels. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices. About You You hold a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens along with as White Card and current drivers licence. You have a passion for delivering quality work and have proven yourself to be a team player with excellent communication skills. As the role is based on a school site we have compliance requirements that include all staff having a Working with Children Check and National Police Check prior to commencing - you must be willing to obtain both of these.
