Duties and Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you will take carriage of general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Providing hands on leadership to the gaming team with a strong focus on delivering seamless customer experiences Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Maintain meaningful operational presence across rotating shifts, prioritising mid-to-late week coverage and peak trading periods aligned with business needs.
