We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as: Full-Time Guest Service Agent & Front Office Supervisor As a Guest Service Agent & Front Office Supervisor , you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with inquiries, and delivering exceptional service. You will also support and guide the front office team, leading by example to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes. Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally. Lead and support the front office team, offering training and guidance. Assist in resolving guest issues to ensure seamless operations. Maintain health and safety standards for guests and staff. What We're Looking For: For the Guest Service Agent role: Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred but not required. For the Front Office Supervisor role: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a hotel setting is required. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus.
