Our purpose-built centre features open-plan learning spaces , a boutique farmyard with animals , and a newly renovated outdoor playground designed to ignite children's curiosity and love of discovery . We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our supportive team and help nurture the next generation of lifelong learners. ✅ Essential Qualifications Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) Current and valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) First Aid Certificate , including training in Asthma and Anaphylaxis Key Skills & Attributes Ability to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment Strong understanding of developmental milestones for various age groups Capable of designing and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills A collaborative team player who thrives in diverse environments Adaptable and calm when navigating the day-to-day challenges of an early learning setting Desirable Skills & Knowledge Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Understanding of National Quality Standards (NQS) and assessment processes Cultural competence and inclusive practices Proficiency in digital documentation of children’s learning Prior experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, or Childcare Assistant Not a Perfect Match?
