About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Manager to join our high performing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to step into real estate for the first time and learn, or for an experienced administrator who loves providing professional support in a fast paced environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every visitor enjoys a positive experience in our office. You will also provide essential sales and administrative support to our agents and property management team. Key Responsibilities Manage general front office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and greeting and assisting clients in person. Assist Sales Agents and Property Management with requests, including preparing open home packs and run sheets. Provide sales administration support, including processing property sale exchanges. Conduct compliance checks for auction records and contracts. Maintain a clean, tidy and professional office environment. Monitor and replenish office supplies as required. Assist with marketing activities when needed. Skills & Attributes Previous experience in a similar administrative or reception role is highly regarded but industry experience is not essential. Proven administration skills and a strong customer service mindset. Excellent time management, efficiency and attention to detail. Adaptable, coachable, punctual and able to work well in a fast paced environment. Professional presentation and confident communication skills. Ability to quickly learn new systems. Why Join Us?
