Job Description Passionate about the great outdoors and brightening someone’s day? Join our team at NRMA Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort and help guests create unforgettable holiday memories in one of the coasts most stunning settings! This is a casual position. Reception hours are between 8am - 6pm Sunday-Thursday and 8am - 8pm Friday and Saturday. What you will do Greet guests with a smile, making everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive. Efficiently handle check-ins, check-outs, phone enquiries, and reservations. Assist with guest requests, from local info to special surprises. Ensure guest accounts are accurate and all transactions are handled with care. Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth handovers and happy guests. Support the team with any other tasks as needed—no job too big or small! What you will bring A warm, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch guest service. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to keep cool when things get busy. Excellent communication skills and a knack for making guests feel special. Knowledge of front office computer and reservations systems (desirable). Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as needed. What’s in it for you?
