Now, we’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to bring that same passion for people, service, and storytelling to our dining room. What you’ll do: Lead our FOH team to deliver warm, genuine, and attentive service. Share the stories behind our dishes and connect guests to the heart of Kolkata Social. Manage daily service with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving. Support rostering, training, and mentoring of junior staff. Be the link between the kitchen and floor, ensuring everything runs smoothly. What we’re looking for: Experience in a supervisor or senior FOH role (hospitality background essential). A love for storytelling through food and culture. Organised, calm under pressure, and a natural leader. Availability for evenings and weekends. Someone who thrives in a busy, tight-knit team.
