Shifts: Rotating Day / Afternoon / Night - Immediate Start! Shift Details & Pay Rates •Day Shift : (7am-3pm): $33.38 p/h •Afternoon Shift : (3pm-11pm): $38.39 p/h •Night Shift : (11pm-7am): $43.39 p/h About the Role: Join a well-established and innovative Australian packaging manufacturer based in Reservoir. This is an ongoing casual role with full-time hours, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of forklift operation and hands-on production work. Daily Responsibilities: •Operate a counterbalance forklift (approx. 40% of your shift) •Manually fill hoppers with 20-25kg bags of polymer material •Assist machine operators with loading and unloading film rolls •Palletise finished products and move them into the warehouse •Retrieve stock using forklift from warehouse as required What We're Looking For: •At least 2 years' previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift •Physically fit and able to lift 15-25kg •MUST be able to work on rotating, Day, Afternoon and Night Shift each week •Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset •Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits: Ongoing work with consistent hours Weekly pay Free onsite parking Supportive team culture Training and career development opportunities Strong focus on safety and growth Ready to take the next step in your career?
