About UsWe’re a nimble team of 13 Structural Engineers based in Melbourne, specialising in forensic investigations. We’re curious by nature, collaborative in approach, and serious about outcomes, just not too serious in the day-to-day. Here, you’ll have the freedom to run your own projects, liaise directly with clients, and be genuinely supported by a group who enjoy what they do. You’ll be trusted. You’ll matter.The odd trip to Queensland or New South Wales for work, if this is desirable. About youYou’ve been around the forensics block. You know the rhythm. No two days the same, toggling between site, office and unexpected urgent calls. You write solid reports, enjoy remedial/insurance work, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’re likely sitting on 5–15 years' local experience, with forensic engineering firmly in your toolkit. You’re accountable, energetic, and just want to do excellent work in a great team.This isn’t your average forensics gig. We work hard, expectations are high, but we think you’ll enjoy being part of this team a lot more than most.
