Position Summary: Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and creative Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our established and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team! Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main duties as a Food & Beverage Supervisor will include: Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations. Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience. Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience. Assist with the bar operational tasks if required. Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor y empowering and supporting your team. Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times. Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings. Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: An up to date Victorian RSA. Relevant experience in a supervisory role. Full Working rights in Australia. The desire to escalate your career. Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment. Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude. Availability to work a rotating schedule between Monday – Sunday.
