We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Centre Manager to lead our vibrant team and oversee the daily operations of our centre. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Program Development: Design and implement engaging educational programs that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the centre operates in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and other relevant regulations. Family & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and the local community, promoting open communication and involvement. Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage budgets, enrolments, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the centre. The Centre: Lilyfield Early Learning Centre is a beautiful boutique 92-place centre. Our warm and inviting child care centre in Lilyfield was originally a church and is located on a heritage site in inner west Sydney. The centre includes a range of exciting, resource-rich environments including bright spaces, inbuilt slides, and vegetable gardens create a magical learning environment.
