You will be responsible for providing urgent medical assistance, managing emergency response situations, conducting routine health assessments, and supporting the overall well-being of site personnel. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Respond to medical emergencies including injuries, cardiac events, heat stress, and machinery incidents. Stabilise patients and coordinate with emergency services where required. Conduct routine health checks and monitor chronic conditions. Manage the day-to-day operations of the on-site medical clinic. Ensure medical supplies and equipment are stocked, maintained, and compliant. Promote overall health and well-being among workers. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation and company policies. Prepare reports and incident documentation as required. Registered Medic requirements: AHPRA Registration Advanced Life Support (ALS1/ALS2) Bachelor of Science (Nursing OR Paramedicine) or equivalent HLTPAT005 - Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing WA Valid Manual Driver’s Licence Minimum 18 months in Emergency or Remote Critical Care Settings Emergency Services Officer requirements: Certificate III Emergency Response and Rescue (Mine Rescue) Certificate IV Health Care Ambulance (Beneficial) Basic Life Support (CPR AED) HLTPAT005 - Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing WA Valid Manual Driver’s Licence What’s in it for you!
