Experience Level: 8–10 Years Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced FCCS and ARCS Technical Consultant to join our finance technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle’s Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) with a proven track record in implementation, development, and client engagement. This role involves working closely with business users and stakeholders to deliver high-impact financial consolidation and reconciliation solutions. Key Responsibilities:· Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of FCCS and ARCS solutions for enterprise clients.· Provide technical leadership for system configuration, data integration, and automation within Oracle EPM Cloud.· Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.· Ensure alignment with best practices in financial consolidation, period closing, and account reconciliation.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FCCS and ARCS deployments.· Deliver high-quality documentation, including technical design documents and user guides.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.· Support testing activities (unit, system integration, UAT) and assist in go-live preparation and post-go-live support. Technical Skills & Qualifications:· 8–10 years of overall experience, with strong hands-on expertise in FCCS and ARCS.· Proven experience in end-to-end implementation and development of FCCS and ARCS solutions.· Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, account reconciliation, and period close processes.· Familiarity with the Oracle Hyperion product suite and broader Oracle EPM ecosystem.· Solid understanding of data flows, system integrations, and automation within Oracle EPM Cloud.· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to business users.· Excellent client-facing skills and experience in managing business stakeholders. Educational Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.· B.Tech preferred. Generic Managerial Skills:· Strong client management and business user handling capabilities.· Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.· Comfortable managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
