We’re seeking energetic team members for two hands-on roles in their modern Laverton North facility. About the Roles: We have two exciting opportunities available: Warehouse Worker / Factory Hand Key focus: Manual handling, operate equipment, stock control, deliveries, and light assembly of signage. Ideal for: Those with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude. Warehouse Worker / LED Maintenance Support Key focus: All warehouse duties plus LED system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance support. Ideal for: Candidates with electrical/electronics interests or experience and a knack for problem-solving. What’s On Offer: Full-time, permanent roles (40 hours/week) - 7.30am-4.00pm Location: Laverton North, VIC Salary range - $63,000-$73,000 Super (Position & Experience Dependent) Modern warehouse environment Supportive, dynamic team culture Ongoing training and development Opportunities for career progression About You: 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally from a similar industry such as construction or manufacturing Valid forklift and car licence Good verbal and written communication skills Experience with cordless power tools Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Team player and able to work independently Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical check, and you must have full Australian working rights (PR or Citizenship) Who Will Succeed: Someone who is motivated, reliable and who wants to build a career, not just do a job.
