What You’ll Be Doing Whether you’re in QLD, NSW, VIC or beyond, Account Managers at OSW play a key role in: Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing customers Delivering tailored solar solutions with exceptional service Driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets Collaborating across our sales, operations and technical teams Staying on top of market trends and product innovation You’re a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment. Ideally, you bring: 1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (sales/account management preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills A solid understanding of solar or renewable energy products (a plus, not a must) CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency A passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions Why OSW?
