Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gold Coast, QLD, for Experienced Tradespeople, Construction Workers, and Machine Operators. You will be working across a variety of residential and community development projects, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes. Daily tasks include undertaking skilled trade and construction duties, operating machinery and equipment safely, following project plans and schedules, and assisting site supervisors in ensuring work is completed to specification. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety are critical to this role.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out trade, construction, and labouring duties across housing and community development projects

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (excavators, loaders, trucks, etc.)

• Assist with site preparation, foundations, structural work, and finishing tasks as required

• Follow site supervisor and project manager instructions to meet programme and quality standards

• Uphold workplace health & safety (WHS) requirements at all times

• Work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

• Represent the business with professionalism, reliability, and commitment to excellence

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tradesperson, construction worker, or machine operator

• Demonstrated skills in residential or community-scale construction projects

• Current QBCC licence or relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded)

• Machinery operator tickets, White Card, and other relevant safety accreditations

• Strong understanding of WHS practices and safe work procedures

• Reliable, motivated, and able to deliver quality work under deadlines

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team
