This role is only available at the AER offices located in Brisbane , Melbourne , or Sydney . They are available on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis. The key duties of the position include An Executive Assistant at the AER provides executive support to two AER leaders (either Board members and/or senior executives), in addition to administrative and secretariat support to AER committees, branches and projects. Executive Assistants report to the AER leaders they support. Working under limited guidance, Executive Assistants in the AER: Provide high level executive support to senior executives and Board members, including inbox management and diary management, with discretion, attention to detail and strong communication skills. Maintain productive relationships with staff across the AER and with stakeholders to support effective workflows and ways of working. Provide secretariat support for meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes, liaising with staff across the business to collate papers, managing invitations and RSVPs, arranging meeting rooms, video conference bookings and catering. Provide supervision and line management to an APS4 Administrative Assistant.
