We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our Business Development Manager (BDM) — so they can focus on what they do best: talking to customers, meeting clients, and winning orders. This role is perfect for someone who’s sharp, organised, and loves getting things done — but wants the flexibility of 9am–3pm work hours. Your Mission To free up the BDM’s time by taking full ownership of admin, scheduling, quoting, and CRM tasks — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and the sales process runs seamlessly. What You’ll Do Manage the BDM’s calendar and schedule sales calls and meetings Update Pipedrive CRM with notes, new leads, and pipeline updates Research and add leads from real estate websites and other sources Prepare and follow up quotes via phone and email Plan and book sales trips, including flights, hire cars, and accommodation Call customers to arrange appointments and follow up on quotes Format proposals and sales documents Keep the sales pipeline organised and accurate You’ll Excel If You Love organising people, information, and schedules Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy Are confident on the phone and in email communication Love calling and speaking to customers Take initiative to solve problems before they arise Enjoy working in a team but can work independently without constant direction Are comfortable with tech (CRMs, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word etc) What We Offer Part-time, school hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday In-office role with a supportive team in Queanbeyan, NSW All equipment provided A values-driven workplace where you’re part of a team committed to excellence How to Apply: Send your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you’d be the perfect fit for this role.
