Join our Enterprise Mid-market Deals team as an Executive , where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals on complex transactions and strategic projects that shape the future of leading businesses. KPMG Enterprise Mid-market Deals team in Sydney are leading and trusted Transaction Services advisors to high growth founder lead businesses, medium to large private companies, family groups, ASX200 companies, private equity and venture capital . Your Opportunity Forming part of the Transaction Services team, you will: Support the execution of deals, including detailed financial analysis to understand the key drivers of business performance Assist in preparing client deliverables, due diligence reports, and other presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations to clients Contribute to business development initiatives and internal projects Your Experience At KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include: 2 years’ experience in Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax, or Transaction Services (Big 4 or similar preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities CA qualification completed or in progress A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for learning and growth (particularly with respect to corporate finance) Based in Sydney or willing to relocate Why Join Us?
