We’re seeking an experienced Senior Investment Manager to lead external manager research and contribute to strategic portfolio construction across Fixed Income asset classes in a dynamic, collaborative investment environment. About Evidentia Evidentia Group is the result of a merger between Evidentia, Lonsec Investment Solutions, and Implemented Portfolios - three leaders in managed accounts. Together, we offer innovative investment solutions tailored to financial advisers and their clients. About the Role This is a senior role within our Manager Research team, responsible for overseeing investment manager due diligence and contributing to Evidentia’s model portfolios and proprietary Gold Class Menu of investment strategies. You’ll lead Fixed Income research, guide manager blending and portfolio design, and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our investment solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep asset class knowledge, and strong collaboration across investment, compliance, and client teams. Responsibilities: Lead manager research and due diligence in Fixed Income Contribute to research across other asset classes Support portfolio construction, manager blending, and strategy design Manage Fixed Income inclusions on the Gold Class Menu Present to the Manager & Security Selection Committee (MSSC) Provide insights to internal teams, advisers, and clients About You: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field (CFA preferred) 8-10 years’ experience in investment research, consulting, or portfolio management Deep understanding of Fixed Income markets and portfolio theory Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills Skilled communicator with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders Proficient in financial data platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, FactSet) What we offer Ongoing flexible working arrangements Family friendly work-life balance Genuinely open and supportive culture with an approachable executive team Ongoing training and professional development Wellness program (including an annual wellness reimbursement for all staff to put towards health and wellness-related activities) Social and charity events Evidentia is an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
