We’re a profitable, rapidly growing startup with a team of 25 — including 9 senior engineers — and over 500,000 users worldwide. As our first dedicated Engineering Manager, your job is simple: Ensure every project you’re involved in is running optimally. That means: Clear and realistic goals Responsibilities that match skillsets Issues identified and addressed early Continuous focus until the job is done Everyone working on the most important thing You’ll work with senior engineers, designers, a product manager and leadership to make sure we ship the right things — at the right time — without sacrificing quality or momentum. Your contribution as an Engineering Manager will be measured by your impact on outcomes like: Projects ship iteratively, on time, and with clear intent Engineers are supported, clear, and growing Issues are surfaced early and resolved quickly Product delivery is aligned with the business — and fast You’ll start by managing 4–6 senior engineers across 3–4 projects. The company is growing rapidly and this role will likely evolve over time. You’ll report directly to the CTO, and collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership. You’re expected to bring technical depth — participating in architecture discussions, reviewing code, and helping scope complex work — even if you’re not shipping features daily.
