What You’ll Do: Lead, coach and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of growth, accountability and continuous improvement Recruit, onboard and develop engineering talent, supporting career development and performance management Collaborate with Product, Design and Infrastructure teams to define the technical roadmap and ensure long term project visibility Oversee end-to-end project delivery, aligning technical decisions with architectural standards and business needs Drive Agile practices and ensure teams deliver high quality, scalable solutions incrementally and reliably Contribute to high level architectural decisions and occasionally participate in code reviews Monitor key engineering metrics like SLO compliance, deployment frequency, lead time and MTTR Proactively identify technical risks and guide teams through challenges to successful delivery Partner with senior leadership to align team goals with company strategy and technology direction
