See yourself in our team As an Engineering Manager with fullstack experience, you’ll lead a team of capable engineers, guiding them through design, development, and delivery. You’ll foster a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and technical excellence, while remaining close to the code and architecture. You’ll work with modern technologies and frameworks including .NET Core, Next.js, AWS, Microservices, Containerisation, and Gen AI. We’re interested in hearing from people who: Are experienced engineering leaders who still enjoy being hands-on when needed—designing, problem-solving, and guiding technical decisions. Build and nurture high-performing, inclusive teams of curious and engaged engineers. Champion Agile and DevSecOps practices across the full software development lifecycle. Are confident in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and leading technical conversations in group forums. Promote continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation—bringing industry best practices into the team. Take ownership of delivery outcomes and foster a strong product mindset. Tech Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
