About the Role: In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for valued customers—answering enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, and providing timely updates. Working closely with warehouse and internal teams, you'll play a vital part in ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role, perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries Process orders accurately and provide order status updates Prepare and issue quotes Manage a high-volume email inbox professionally and efficiently Maintain customer records in the CRM system Liaise with the warehouse to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch Support the sales team with administration and customer follow-ups About You A strong communicator with a genuine desire to help others Proven customer service or internal sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Able to manage a high volume of calls and emails Experience preparing quotes and using CRM systems Confident with intermediate-level computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) Highly organised with great attention to detail A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude Why Apply?
