Job summary: Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning, Afternoon Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon Thursday: Morning, Afternoon Friday: Morning, Afternoon Saturday: Morning 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $75,000 per year Marchem Automotive Pty Ltd is seeking candidates for an Electronics Engineer in our chemical manufacturing business. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: · Design and develop advanced electrical systems to support our manufacturing infrastructure, including power generation, distribution, and utilisation. · Plan, install, and test electrical systems and components such as circuits, control panels, and power distribution networks across our chemical processing lines. · Apply software tools and electrical calculations to optimise systems for performance, reliability, and safety in compliance with ISO9001 and ISO22241 standards. · Conduct routine and complex inspections, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure ongoing safety and efficiency of all electrical infrastructure. · Integrate renewable energy sources where feasible, aligning with our commitment to environmentally responsible production (e.g., AdBlue® solutions). · Collaborate across departments to incorporate electrical systems into manufacturing, transport, and storage processes, ensuring seamless technical functionality. · Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks, maintaining Marchem’s reputation for excellence and quality control. Qualifications & Skills · A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (Bachelor’s or higher). · At least 1 years of experience in the electrical systems or similar roles. · Demonstrated experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in automotive, chemical, or heavy industry sectors. · Strong knowledge of electrical design software, system simulations, and safety codes · Experience with PLC systems, automation, and power systems in a production setting is highly desirable. · Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary technical team. · Commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
