Lynas Rare Earths has a great opportunity for a safety-focused Electrical Technician to join our team at the Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF). A sustainable business, our products are used in many applications. Industry leading residential 7:7 roster – Dayshift, Dayshift, Nightshift shift pattern. The Opportunity: We’re looking for a safety-focused Electrical Technician to join us on our journey. This residential role reports to the Electrical Supervisor with a focus on maintenance and plant optimisation. If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new plant, with the latest equipment and facilities, this role would be suited to you. Your responsibilities will include: Providing preventative and corrective maintenance support. Active participation in developing maintenance strategies. Ensure risks are identified and managed to provide a safe work environment. Be involved in projects to optimise and upgrade plant performance Required skills and experience: Current unrestricted WA Electrical License ( mandatory ) HV Switching Accreditation ( desirable ) Cert IV Instrumentation ( desirable ) Experience with Allen Bradley / Rockwell control systems and VSD’s Exposure to Maintenance Management Systems - Pronto Construction Industry Induction (White Card) Current High Risk Work License (WA) – WP, LF WA unencumbered C class drivers’ license Demonstrated ability to be an effective team member Must reside within the Goldfields region, or are willing to relocate Why join us?
