Description Your Team The Education, Engagement and Events team is part of CFS’s Distribution business unit which is accountable for CFS platforms, investments and corporate super sales. The role reports to the Director of Education, Engagement and Events and works closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing and technology as well as employer groups and third party investment partners. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing end to end delivery of adviser and member education via the following programs. Adviser Education Program – 10x Developing innovative content that addresses common challenges faced by financial advice businesses. Delivering education through webinars, workshops, digital platforms, and in-person events. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Measuring and refining program effectiveness based on feedback and analytics. Member Education Program Developing Corporate Super education initiatives to increase employer engagement with CFS. Creating content that simplifies complex superannuation topics and leveraging digital tools and member portals/apps to deliver content at scale. Working with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across member touchpoints. Your Capability and Experience Excellent knowledge of the financial advice industry. Strong understanding of investment fundamentals and portfolio construction. Comprehensive understanding of superannuation and relevant legislation. Superior communication skills and the ability to present to large audiences both face to face and virtually (between 10 - 500 approximately). Experience using webinar platforms (Teams, Zoom).
